Firstly, I added a picture of Petco park to Photopea. Then, from the filter gallery I selected glowing edges. Here I adjusted edge width, brightness, and smoothness. Next, I overlayed a second image of the fountain in front of the Santa Barbara mission on top of the first and changed the layer setting to screen. Finally, I took the eraser tool to erase the bottom half of the image and have the field line up with the ocean.
